Is Tchê safe during pregnancy?

The strongest formulation of Tche, Tche-140, contains about as much caffeine as a large cup of coffee or an energy drink. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, pregnant or breast feeding women should limit their caffeine consumption to less than 200mg per day. So one serving of our strongest Tche should be totally fine. As always, consult with your doctor if you have any specific questions about Tche.

Do I need additional multivitamins?

Tchê contains a comprehensive multivitamin blend, but individual needs vary. Consult with your healthcare provider for personalized recommendations based on your specific nutritional requirements.

What are the caffeine levels in each product?

Tche comes in three different caffeine levels. The strongest contains 140mg per serving (about the same as an energy drink). Our medium strength contains about 73mg of caffeine (roughly the same as a bottle of soda). And our mildest formulation contains about 27mg of caffeine (about the same as a bar of dark chocolate).

How do I prepare Tchê?

Tche may be consumed either warm or cold. Preparing Tche warm does, however, decrease the efficacy of the probiotic. To enjoy Tche, one heaping tablespoon (about 10g) into 8oz of your favorite milk product (oat milk, almond milk, regular milk), and shake in a shaker bottle, or with a milk frother. Tche should totally dissolve when mixed and have a smooth texture.

Is Tchê suitable for vegans?

Because Tche contains high quality collagen, it is not vegan. Collagen is made by recycling by-products from beef processing manufacturers. We respect people who choose not to consume animal-derived products. We also believe that responsible recycling of animal by-products does not drive their demand.

Can I mix Tchê with other beverages?

You can mix Tche with any liquid but be aware that mixing Tche with caffeinated liquid (like coffee or tea) will increase the amount of caffeine you're consuming.

How long does a container of Tchê last?

Tche has a shelf life of about one year; however after breaking the seal, the bag should be consumed within three months for optimal taste and experience. There are live probiotics in Tche, so breaking the seal and allowing air into the bag will effect its freshness.
