Red, White and Blue Energy Smoothie Bowl

This 4th of July week, try our red, white and blue energy smoothie bowl. A creamy and cold recipe for anytime of the day, this will sure hit the spot if you have a sweet tooth. This recipe is full of antioxidants, fiber and best of all, long-lasting energy!


Here is what you will need:


1 c frozen pineapple

1 c frozen mango

1 fresh banana

1 tbs Tchê (Verde or Terra)

1 c coconut water

1/2 tsp blue spirulina powder

Blueberries

Strawberries

Coconut cream

Coconut flakes


Top with blueberries, strawberries, a drizzle of coconut cream and flakes


In a blender, add frozen pineapple, frozen mango, banana, Tchê (verde or terra), and blue spirulina powder. Blend all ingredients while slowly adding in coconut water until desired consistency. Once you’ve achieved your desired texture, pour your smoothie in a bowl. Top with fresh sliced strawberries, blueberries, coconut cream coconut flakes and enjoy this bowl full of creamy goodness!
