Peanut Butter Chocolate Energy Oatmeal

When you need comfort food that is healthy, delicious and creamy, try this recipe. It’s full of vitamins, antioxidants, collagen, and best of all energy! Start your day energized with this yummy bowl of peanut butter chocolate oatmeal.

Here is what you will need:


  • 1 cup cooked oats

  • ¼ cup of your favorite milk

  • 1 scoop Tchê Terra

  • 1 tbsp PB powder or peanut butter

  • ½ banana sliced

  • ½ tsp ground flaxseed

  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

  • Drizzle of honey or maple syrup (optional)


Here is how to make it:


Cook your oats until desired texture. Add a scoop of Tchê Terra, spoonful of PB powder or peanut butter, ground flaxseed, cinnamon (optional) and mix until well combined. Add milk if necessary if the oats become too thick. Add sliced bananas and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup on top of oats and enjoy!


Pro tip: Cook oats the night before to cut down on the recipe time the next morning!
