With Summer in full swing, what better way to start the day than a morning energy smoothie with Tchê? Try this quick smoothie that bursts with flavor and gives you steady energy all day long!

Here is what you'll need:


  • ½ cup orange juice

  • ½ cup your favorite milk

  • ½ cup ice

  • 1 scoop Tchê Verde

  • 1 banana

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein (optional)
