Protein, Energy, and lots of good stuff!

If you’re looking for a quick and easy snack that satisfies your sweet tooth and provides a boost of protein, energy, antioxidants and more, these peanut butter chocolate oats energy balls are the perfect solution. They’re simple to make, require no baking, and can be customized to your liking with different add-ins like nuts, seeds, or dried fruit.

Here’s how to make them:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 3 heaping spoons of Tchê Terra

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp. of honey

  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips

  • Finish with almond milk

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, and Tchê Terra.

  2. Mix all the ingredients together until well combined.

  3. Add almond milk until desired consistency (can be formed into a ball, not too dry not too wet!)

  4. Using your hands or a spoon, form small balls out of the mixture.

  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
